Panza dba Quixote Communities is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to provide permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness. We create and manage tiny home villages that foster community, encourage personal growth, and promote access to the care and services residents need.
Quixote Communities currently has 3 Villages, our original established in Olympia in 2013, our Orting Veterans Village opened in 2021, and our Shelton Veterans Village which opened the end of September 2023. Between our 3 villages, we currently have the capacity to house 95 individuals.
The Shelton Veterans Village will house homeless Veterans living in Mason County. We have 30 permanent tiny homes and a large community center. There will be supportive staff working beside each resident to help them achieve their goals.
