ANNUAL TAHUYA DAY CELEBRATION AND PARADE COMING JULY 2, 2022
The Tahuya Day Celebration and Parade is Saturday July 2. Always held on the first Saturday in July, this annual celebration draws 1,500 to 2,000 people. The festivities run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. by the fire station on the North Shore Road, the main street of Tahuya. Enjoy a variety of vendor booths featuring crafts, food, jewelry, baskets, community non-profit groups, “What’s It Tahuya” clothing, craft activities for the kids, and live music by “Backwoods Wind Jammers.”
The parade forms at Kay's Corner and hits the road at 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome to join in the parade. While there is no preregistration; participants are asked to sign in on the day of the parade at Kay’s Corner beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Funds from the “What’s It Tahuya” clothing and the “I ❤ Tahuya 2022” pins benefit North Mason High School students and North Mason programs for children and families.
Vendors are welcome to reserve a spot by telephone (509) 551-6840 or email enelson330@aol.com. Inside 10x10 vendor areas have electricity for $40. Outside 10x10 vendor areas for $30.
