In preparation for the busy summer tourism season, the North Mason Chamber of Commerce Visitor Information Center is offering a FREE customer service training for employees/managers from Mason County businesses!
Our objective is to help "first contact" workers understand the importance of their role in welcoming visitors, tourists, family members and guests to our area. We want to reach out to those workers who can set the tone for someone's entire vacation. Unfortunately, one rude comment or negative experience can ruin more than someone's day. It can steal tourism dollars from other businesses.  OR -- a positive experience can bring people back again and again!
Owners and managers - not sure this training is for your staff? Please attend our first session to check it out. 

   The class will be taught by our very own Chamber President & CEO and certified etiquette consultant Stephanie Rowland, Top Dog Etiquette.
To date, we have scheduled three 45-minute classes in Belfair -- Friday June 12, June 19 and June 26. (These are repeat classes.) Coming soon, dates for classes to be held at the Little Creek Casino Resort.
