Chamber Monthly Luncheon

HUB Center for Seniors
11:30 luncheon - 12-1:00 program

Please join us for our first monthly luncheon at the HUB Center for Seniors. This year, we are offering our monthly luncheons at two locations - The HUB and Alderbrook Resort & Spa. January, February and March will be held at THE HUB. We will confirm the dates for the remainder of the year as soon as possible.

We will kick off our meeting with welcoming remarks by Jeromy Hicks, our 2017-2018 Chairman of the Board, followed by presentations by Lisa Smith, Executive Director of Enterprise for Equity and Michele Britton, Project Engineer, Washington State Department of Transportation.

Lisa Smith will educate us about the work Enterprise For Equity* does in small business development, specifically the new FREE program that is being offered to Mason County residents. Our Chamber is partnering with them on this important work, along with Mason County, the Economic Development Council of Mason County, and WSU. This information will enable our members to help us get the word out about this ongoing program which will contribute to a healthy economic in our area for years to come.

Michele Britton of WSDOT will bring us up-to-date on the Hwy 3 road construction project, as we head into 2017. Some specific questions were raised during our recent Chamber Breakfast, and we thought it would be a great idea to invite Michele to join us for lunch again for a presentation and Q&A.
