Never before have parents faced the challenges they face today: a culture filled with stress and media at odds with our values and what we want for our kids. Come hear how we can push back on these stressors and focus on what matters most. Learn about interpersonal neurobiology, how brains grow and rewire for healthy learning, and most importantly how to compassionately connect with your family and kids you care about.  Hear what we all can do to support today’s children to be empathic, resilient, caring, connected, and healthy in their relationships with others; ingredients that lead to a future wholehearted life.
