To assure that our visitors and your customers are welcomed with style\, grace and charm\, the North Mason Chamber of Commerce Visitor Information Center is offering FREE customer service training for employees/managers from Mason County businesses!\n\nOur objective is to help "first contact" workers understand the importance of their role in welcoming visitors\, tourists\, family members and guests to our area and serving them with grace all year round. We want to reach out to those workers who can set the tone for someone's entire vacation. Unfortunately\, one rude comment or negative experience can ruin more than someone's day. It can steal tourism dollars from other businesses.  OR -- a positive experience can bring people back again and again!\n\nOwners and managers - can't make this training? Contact the North Mason Chamber about scheduling a class in your community.  \n\n\n\n   The class will be taught by our very own Chamber President & CEO and certified etiquette consultant Stephanie Rowland\, Top Dog Etiquette.\n\n\n\nFREE.
