We want to reach out to those workers who can set the tone for someone's entire vacation. Unfortunately\, one rude comment or negative experience can ruin more than someone's day. It can steal tourism dollars from other businesses.  OR -- a positive experience can bring people back again and again!\n\nOwners and managers - not sure this training is for your staff? Please attend our first session to check it out.  \n\n\n\n   The class will be taught by our very own Chamber President & CEO and certified etiquette consultant Stephanie Rowland\, Top Dog Etiquette.\n\nTo date\, we have scheduled three 45-minute classes in Belfair -- Friday June 12\, June 19 and June 26.
